Prepare for Your Visit

Now you’ve booked your trip with us, we have recommendations for you on what to bring, information about fitness and medical requirements, and resources on local travel and weather on the beautiful but often rainy west coast of British Columbia! (We will send you a complete information pack when we invoice you for final payment for your trip, including all the details you will need while you are with us, like emergency telephone numbers.) We are happy to help you prepare for your visit so please let us know if you have any questions.

What to Bring

Knight Inlet Lodge is located in a remote area, with boat and floatplane access only. We recommend that you bring anything you consider essential during your stay, including prescriptions and other medication, and your camera (don’t forget your charger!).

Please note that there is no access to WiFi or cell phone coverage at the Lodge… it is a true ‘Digital Detox’ zone.

Waiver, Medical Forms and Dietary Requirements

A low to moderate level of physical fitness is required for all tours, including the ability to walk approximately 100 – 200 meters on uneven and potentially slippery shorelines.

Each of our guests must complete a Guest Health & Dietary Review Form once in Campbell River. This information helps us in preparing for your visit to the Lodge. Please provide as much detail as you can, and include a note identifying all allergies, dietary needs or medical conditions. To view our Health & Dietary Review

Guests must also sign our Liability Release once in Campbell River. Please take time to review this document in detail. By signing, you agree to the content. To view our liability waiver

If you have any questions when you prepare for your visit please don’t hesitate to contact us.
